What We're Looking For

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Director, Clinical Operations - LTSS to join our team! The Director, Clinical Operations - LTSS leads major clinical operations functions, programs, or regional care management operations, setting strategic direction and ensuring effective delivery of integrated, whole-person care across the organization. The role is accountable for clinical and operational outcomes, provides clinical oversight and guidance across teams and managers, and drives continuous improvement in care delivery, compliance, and member outcomes.

On a typical day, you might:

  • Lead multiple clinical operations teams and/or functions, providing strategic direction, clinical oversight, and operational management.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical programs, policies, and procedures to support high-quality, integrated care delivery.
  • Direct staff including managers and supervisors, ensuring accountability for team performance, clinical quality, and operational outcomes.
  • Oversee clinical operations including care management, coordination, and utilization practices to ensure appropriate level of care and service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance against clinical outcomes, accreditation requirements, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a health or human services field and three (3) years of progressive experience in care management, case management, or care coordination with MH/SU/DD populations, including experience in program development and/or program management.
  • Active North Carolina licensure as one of the following:
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
    • Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
    • Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA)
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS)
    • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must reside within North Carolina.
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.


Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with the Long Term Service and Support services (LTSS) and Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS).
