Full Job Description
Responsible for the development and implementation of client and product initiatives for Multi-Services Operators (MSO) and Broadband providers. Partners with internal and external stakeholders including (but not limited to) Business Development, Account Management, Product Development and Sales/Solution engineers. Drive successful and on-time delivery of programs supporting all of MSO's new business.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
  • Execute client & product delivery of complex solutions supporting client, product and Assurant's vision and culture.
  • Takes a product development type disciplined approach
  • Assisting the client, product & Implementation teams manage all of the critical elements from concept to design, to financial modeling, journey mapping, partner selection, testing, evaluation, and roll out.
  • Solutions can include but are not limited to new claims processing capabilities, forward and reverse logistics, payment platforms, self-serve platform, new feature offerings, etc.
  • Coordinating/facilitating efforts of individuals from the various Assurant disciplines including IT, operations, marketing, product development, finance, etc., to execute the Solutions design.
  • Transitioning client and product solutions to permanent product owners or operational groups. Ensuring Solutions achieve intended outcomes, are secure in a strong control environment and fundamentally function to deliver consistently, efficiently, and effectively. Support process re-engineering, operational tool utilization & data analytics.
  • Leads matrix resources across product, business development and marketing organizations.


What are the requirements needed for this position?
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Project/Program Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressively more responsible experience in business leadership roles as well as expertise with clients and/or prospects.
  • Experience as a Technical Solution Engineer, Service Execution, Service Solutions, and/or IT Business Relationship Manager a plus.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in extended service contracts, and/or the service industry.
  • Extensive understanding of industry and emerging trends desired.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Able to understand and manage through complex issues and proven ability to develop solutions that generate favorable results.
  • Proven understanding of how processes and systems interact.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully designing and implementing solutions.
  • Organized and structured in thought, approach, and communication.
  • Able to process complex time sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decisions and communicate actions.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, concurrently. Has professional presence, polish, and demeanor to engage with clients.
  • Able to build trust, respect and rapport while successfully influencing internal and external stakeholders' clients to successfully achieve a common goal.
  • Able to connect personally, demonstrate knowledge of client's business and communicate our value.
  • Probes in a consultative way for understanding of client's needs and business drivers to create business solutions.


Pay Range:
$122,400.00 - $204,400.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
