Job Description:
The Director, Client Operations - Enterprise Orchestration will support the agency's collaboration around a multi-phase MarTech and Taxonomy Transformation Program for a major pharmaceutical client. Working in close collaboration with the team leading the engagement, this individual will manage day-to-day project execution, coordinate activities across workstreams, engage the appropriate subject matter experts, and help ensure deliverables remain on schedule and aligned with client expectations. This individual will be responsible for supporting predetermined project plans, tracking dependencies and decisions, identifying risks, and ensuring that the right expertise is brought into the process at the appropriate time.
Role Objective
This role is not responsible for setting the client's transformation strategy or serving as the technical authority for every workstream. The successful candidate must, however, possess sufficient knowledge of media operations, marketing technology ecosystems, taxonomy, data, reporting, and campaign workflows to understand project requirements, ask informed questions, recognize when specialized expertise is needed, and keep complex workstreams moving forward.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive professional who has a strong blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, is comfortable managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment while maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and client stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
• 8-10+ years of project or program management experience supporting enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong technical acumen around marketing technology ecosystems (eg. CDP, Salesforce, CM360, Adobe, Data Cloud)
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Adobe Workfront, Jira)
• Experience working with business leaders, technical teams, and external consultants.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.

The salary range for this position is posted below. $140,000 - $150,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
