Director, Cancer Center to provide leadership and oversight for our comprehensive cancer services, including Oncology, Infusion, and Radiation Oncology. This is an opportunity to lead the continued development, coordination, and growth of a patient-centered cancer program within a community-focused health system.
The Director provides operational and strategic oversight across the cancer service lines, working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, ancillary departments, and organizational leadership. This role ensures effective coordination across the cancer care continuum, supports high-quality and compassionate patient care, and identifies opportunities to enhance access, services, workflows, and the overall patient experience. The Director fosters collaboration across departments, provides oversight of departmental operations and performance, develops and maintains strong relationships with providers and referral partners, and advances initiatives that strengthen and expand Jefferson Healthcare's cancer services. The position also plays a key role in program planning, quality improvement, regulatory and accreditation readiness, resource management, and the continued growth and development of cancer care services in our community.

What You'll Bring- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration or a related healthcare field required.
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- 7 years cancer care experience required.
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience in oncology, infusion services, ambulatory care, or related healthcare operations required; 7+ years' leadership experience preferred.
- Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN), Nurse Executive Certification (NE-BC or NEA-BC), or other applicable leadership certification preferred.
- Experience with clinic operations and strategic program development preferred.
