Job Summary

In this Director Business Value Consulting role, you will build value-based business-cases for cybersecurity investment, by leading cross-functional teams composed of customer-executives, sales team, solution consultants, and other functional groups. You will have the opportunity to excel in areas of sales strategy, consultative discovery, and engagement execution including business analysis, problem solving, program management, executive communication and consensus building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional engagement teams to shape and drive cybersecurity and digital transformation capabilities for our customers.
  • Provide expert guidance on value-based selling methodologies to support and enhance the sales process.
  • Synthesize engagement experiences into reusable content, frameworks, and thought leadership to advance team capabilities and ensure alignment
  • Develop and deliver high-impact, value-focused training sessions and workshops for key customers and internal teams.
  • Influence field sales strategies for key accounts by elevating the business value function internally.
  • Coach team members on identifying C-level strategic issues, assessing process capabilities, and developing compelling business cases for IT and security transformation.
  • Create and deploy industry-specific value selling tools, programs, and initiatives for sales, alliances, and marketing teams.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience (10+ years with an advanced degree.) focusing on business transformation, preferably with a top management consulting firm or technology company.
  • Expertise in building business cases with in-depth financial analysis and ROI/TCO modeling.
  • Strong executive presence and situational awareness, with a proven track record of influencing C-suite leaders.
  • Proven ability to foster accountability and build consensus across diverse teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, applying consulting frameworks and methodologies to offer creative solutions.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or equivalent military experience.
  • Experience in Cyber Risk Assessment, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Sales & Strategy.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and contribute to projects across various industries.


Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
