What We're Looking For:The Director, Business Strategy & Operations is a highly strategic and execution-focused leader within the Global Supply Chain Organization. This role serves as a critical partner to the CSCO responsible for driving alignment, accountability, and execution across key business initiatives. This role is a strong operator capable of translating strategy into measurable action while ensuring consistent delivery against business objectives. As a highly visible and strategic role within the Business Unit, this position directly influences the execution of the company's growth strategy. The Director ensures that strategic initiatives translate into measurable results, enabling the organization to scale effectively and compete in high-growth markets.
This role requires a minimum of 3-days per week in either our Holtsville, NY or Lincolnshire, IL office, 2 days remote (US), and may be Remote (US) for the ideal candidate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities, Key Skills and CompetenciesSupply Chain Operations & Cadence Leadership
- Drive the operational rhythm of the function, including Quarterly Business Reviews, strategic planning sessions, and executive reporting processes.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across internal teams to maintain focus on key priorities and execution timelines.
Strategy Execution & Enablement
- Serve as the primary lead for strategic initiatives to the CSCO.
- Partner closely with global and regional leaders to drive adoption of key initiatives and translate strategy into actionable execution.
- Monitor initiative progress and drive accountability through KPI tracking and reporting.
KPI Ownership & Performance Management
- Define, track, and report on critical business and sales KPIs
- Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions with leadership teams.
- Ensure data integrity and visibility through enterprise systems.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and develop a team supporting business operations and administration.
- Build a high-performing support structure that enhances executive effectiveness.
- Establish clear expectations, accountability, and development plans for direct reports to foster continuous growth and operational excellence.
Strategic Capability Development
- Partner with the CSCO identify and develop high-impact growth initiatives.
- Drive the execution of initiatives tied to measurable outcomes and business impact.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy or business operations
- Proven experience working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, global environment
- Demonstrated success driving cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes
- Proven track record of managing teams and developing talent

Pay Range:$177,920.00 - $266,880.00 Annual
Incentive Compensation:In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 25% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
