Full Job Description
Job Summary

The Division Director of Standardization will be responsible for having central oversight to provide strategy and structure to drive best-in-class operations, client retention, and share best practices in operations excellence across the Division. This will be accomplished through data mining with the business intelligence team to ensure initiatives are data driven. The Division Director will work in close collaboration with the Division President, Regional Vice Presidents, and other key stakeholders to ensure strategy and initiatives align with overall Division goals and any specific client needs. This individual will report to the Division President.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deep dive into data analytics to identify areas of opportunity to streamline our business, create efficiencies, and determine innovative solutions to solve common business challenges
• Act as a liaison between operations, field support, and clients to align strategy and goals of the business partnership
• Build rapport and trust with key internal and client stakeholders to communicate initiatives
• Lead team of Regional Directors to collaborate with operators in the execution of strategic initiatives
• Foster professional growth of team and find/provide professional training as needed
• Central oversight of all regional project plans (scope, resource needs, timelines, metrics of success)
• Create a tracking system to measure performance of and financial impact of each initiative
• Create a platform to share best practices across the Division

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred , or significant experience in the field
• PMP and/or Lean Sigma preferred
• Proven ability to define and execute change strategies
• Proven ability to lead and manage direct reports to enhance collaboration, team building, and professional growth atmosphere
• Proven ability to address competing priorities with a positive, can-do attitude
• Proven business analytical capabilities to understand and solve complex business issues
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to tailor communication at all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Travel as needed (approx. 60%)
