Position Summary:

The Director of Business Development oversees the provision of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Business Development Department. The Director of Business Development is responsible for achieving the desired utilization of the organization's continuum of care through the effective application of marketing principles and methods. As a member of the facility management team, the Director of Business Development is actively involved in strategic planning, sales and marketing management, identification of potential growth opportunities, future projects, changing in programing/protocols, recruitment and retention.
