The Business Development Lead BFSI position is a key growth and transformation role within TCS Market Unit, responsible for driving and executing Business Development strategies to acquire target clients and expand TCS footprint for assigned accounts in US Central region. This is a sales role aimed at expanding TCS presence positioning transformation offerings for the assigned Accounts and Acquiring New Clients. The candidate will leverage TCSs entire portfolio of services for targeted firms while working collaboratively with other market development, solutions teams and industry SMEs to generate demand and capture qualified opportunities.

• Proactive-demand generation through Consultative Selling for assigned logos
• Grow and expand TCS presence within BFSI firms in the Central/mid-west region
• Shape new business opportunities and large deals for BFSI vertical in US Central
• Understand Insurance Industry and associated business and technological trends
• Bring together TCS ecosystem to structure innovation led partnerships with new clients.
• Establish cross functional CXO relationships and generate overall momentum for TCS in the identified accounts.
• Provide thought leadership to deal pursuit and Client interactions
• Achieve growth targets, originate deals, acquire new logos, expand TCS footprint within assigned existing clients
• Bring positive and scaled impact to our clients business through TCS portfolio of services and solutions.

• Min 12-15 years of overall selling experience with majority experience in Insurance vertical.
• Preferably should have worked in a leading IT services/consulting firm with experience in collaborating across global teams.
• Direct industry experience of working in Insurance companies is desirable
Salary Range: $180,000-$380,000 a year
