Job Description
Sage is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to lead relationship development and commercial strategy across private equity and venture capital partnerships. This team leader will manage master sales agreements and develop targeted programs-such as preferential pricing models and white-glove service desk solutions-to unlock new opportunities for Sage's direct and indirect sales channels.

Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and expand strategic alliances with PE/VC firms to drive scalable growth opportunities
Oversee negotiation, execution, and optimization of master sales agreements
Develop tailored discounting frameworks and concierge-level service offerings
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and route high value leads from partner networks
Track performance of strategic initiatives and report on partnership-driven revenue impact

Qualifications:
-10+ years in Business Development - Private Equity/ Venture Capital space
-Proven success in high-level business development, ideally within B2B software or tech services
-Deep understanding of private equity and venture capital ecosystems
-Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and team leadership skills
