Full Job Description
Job Summary

The Fullerton School District is seeking a qualified individual for a full-time management position leading the Bond Facilities and Development department. Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, plans, directs, and oversees the work of the District's facility renovation, modernization, and new construction programs.

Directs the design, development, and analysis of school building construction and modernization projects. The Director also serves as the professional liaison with the State Department of Education, the Office of Public School Construction, Division of the State Architect, and other governmental agencies.

This career opportunity is an exempt, management 8 hours/day, 12 months/year position with paid holidays, sick leave, vacation, and comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
