Full Job Description
We are looking for an accomplished **Director of AWS Alliance and GTM** to join our team and lead strategic partnership initiatives. The purpose of this role is to own Miratech's AWS ecosystem strategy and overall go-to-market execution. In this highly visible role, you will drive co-sell engagement, design AWS-aligned go-to-market campaigns, accelerate the pipeline, and lead commercialization strategies for AWS-based solutions. You will collaborate closely with AWS field teams, internal sales stakeholders, and enterprise customers to grow joint revenue and establish Miratech as a preferred AWS partner. Success in this position requires visionary leadership, strong operational discipline, and the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels across both companies.
**Responsibilities:**
- Own Miratech's AWS ecosystem strategy and overall go-to-market execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Drive AWS partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through co-sell engagement and marketplace commercialization strategies.
- Lead development and execution of joint GTM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts for AWS-based CX, AI, and cloud transformation services.
- Build repeatable AWS-aligned sales motions, solution plays, and prospecting campaigns to accelerate pipeline creation and revenue growth.
- Position Miratech as a preferred partner within AWS ecosystem-led opportunities by leveraging our engineering and managed services capabilities.
- Enable internal teams and AWS stakeholders with field-ready messaging, commercialization strategies, and campaign assets to facilitate growth.
- Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.
**Qualifications**
- 10+ years of experience within alliances, hyperscaler ecosystems, cloud partnerships, strategic sales, enterprise GTM leadership, or technology consulting organizations.
- Proven track record of building and generating partner-influenced or partner-originated pipeline within the AWS ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to create pipeline momentum through co-sell motions, executive engagement, field seller relationships, ecosystem positioning, and enterprise account development.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Connect, AWS AI/ML services, cloud modernization, and CX transformation.
- Experience in commercializing service offerings and building AWS-aligned GTM campaigns.
- Strong executive communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to operate independently and build momentum in ambiguous or early-stage growth environments without requiring highly structured oversight.
