The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $171,800.00 to $214,800.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing measurement roadmap, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), ensuring alignment across global and local teams
Introduce innovative analytics tools, partnerships, and methodologies to advance measurement capabilities and uncover new growth opportunities
Partner with senior leadership to optimize portfolio investment strategies and guide brand performance decisions using data-driven insights
Build and scale sustainable analytics solutions by transitioning pilot programs into standardized, organization-wide tools
Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to address data gaps, improve processes, and enhance marketing effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate multiple data sources and perspectives into cohesive measurement frameworks
Lead and develop talent while fostering strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required qualificationsBachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in analytics, data science, or a related field preferred
10+ years of experience in analytics, including hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modeling and marketing/financial data
Proven track record of driving change and translating analytics insights into measurable business impact
Experience leading teams and collaborating across multiple stakeholders and functions
Familiarity with data visualization tools, data infrastructure, or programming concepts
Experience working in global organizations; media or consumer goods industry experience preferred
