What You'll Be Helping Achieve

RPA is seeking a senior analytics leader to shape and lead marketing measurement and performance strategy for Honda. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience translating complex data into clear insights, guiding media and creative investment decisions, and leading teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

You will serve as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, connecting analytics to business outcomes and long-term planning. The role requires strong analytical judgment and fluency in newest measurement approaches (cleanroom, incrementality measurement, forecasting). Success is defined by leadership, experience, and the ability to influence.

What You'll Be Working On

Data & Measurement Leadership
  • Lead advanced marketing measurement initiatives that inform media investment, budget allocation, and long-term planning across online and offline channels.
  • Oversee media and creative performance across channels and the full marketing funnel.
  • Oversee multi-method measurement programs including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Brand Lift, sales matchback, A/B testing, and incrementality frameworks.
  • Oversee advanced measurement capabilities including Data Clean Room analysis, scenario planning, and forecasting.
  • Champion analytics innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and emerging tools, shaping privacy-safe and cookieless measurement strategies for client solutions.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on measurement frameworks, test design, incrementality studies, and cross-channel attribution.

Executive Communication
  • Advise senior Honda stakeholders on future media investment by evaluating competitive spend, channel mix, messaging, and creative trends within the automotive category, translating performance and market signals into clear investment recommendations.
  • Provide executive-level guidance on complex analytics outputs, ensuring insights are clearly framed around business performance, growth opportunities, and decision-
  • Own and shape the executive narrative for how advanced analytics informs long-term media strategy, investment planning, and sustained business growth.
  • Act as a senior analytics authority in client engagements, advancing best practices and introducing innovative approaches that improve decision-making and outcomes.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop analytics talent, fostering strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
  • Set standards for quality, consistency, and executive-ready storytelling.
  • Identify skill gaps and help scale analytics capabilities and processes.


How You'll Excel In Your Role
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, or measurement-related roles (agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of digital and offline media ecosystems and KPIs.
  • Experience synthesizing complex quantitative findings into clear business narratives
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to executive-level clients and large audiences.
  • Experience leading large, multi-layered analytics teams of managers and individual contributors, with a focus on capability building and talent development.
  • Experience leading Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives, including model interpretation and scenario planning.
  • Experience with Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Brand Lift, sales matchback, A/B testing, incrementality measurement.
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, Domo) to communicate complex outputs effectively.
  • Proven ability to design incrementality tests and experimental frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data clean room environments.
  • Familiarity with ETL workflow management (Domo, Alteryx, Airflow, dbt, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SQL

The annual salary for this position is $195,000.00. The pay for this role is non-negotiable.

Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
