  • Leverage business performance, consumer insights, retail trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities, establish brand KPIs, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with Global Brand Commercialization teams and regional cross-functional stakeholders to shape franchise strategies, align priorities, and translate global direction into actionable regional plans.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed brand priorities and strategic initiatives into the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), mobilising teams around key content releases, franchise initiatives, and growth opportunities.
  • Serve as the senior regional brand steward for assigned portfolios, ensuring brand integrity, consistency, and strategic alignment across key initiatives, partner engagements, and consumer-facing experiences.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in brand strategy, brand marketing, consumer products, licensing, or related commercial functions, ideally within entertainment, consumer goods, or a licensed environment.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, consumer products, licensing, and the Americas retail landscape, with the ability to translate insights and market dynamics into strategic recommendations and growth opportunities.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions, building alignment and driving outcomes within a complex matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience leveraging business performance, consumer insights, and market trends to inform decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and people leadership skills, with the ability to represent a brand credibly with senior internal stakeholders, external partners, retailers, and licensees.
