At McCain, closing this gap requires more than tools or communications; it requires a fundamental shift in how work is designed, how roles and skills evolve, how managers lead, and how employees safely adapt.

What you'll be doing.

1. Lead Enterprise AI Workforce Transformation Strategy

  • Partnering with the VP of AI and VP Communications & Change, you will design and lead McCain's enterprise-wide AI Workforce Transformation strategy. 2. Redesign Work for an AI-Enabled Organization

  • Develop a repeatable approach for identifying where AI can simplify, augment, or fundamentally redesign how work gets done.
  • Partner with functions and business teams to understand current-state workflows and design future-state human + AI ways of working.
  • Help leaders move beyond automating existing tasks to rethinking processes, responsibilities, and decision-making.
  • Support the AI Accelerator in assessing Use Cases, ensuring that Change Impacts are assessed with the appropriate level of change support identified
  • Continue to evolve the enterprise KPI framework for AI adoption and workforce ensuring value, not just adoption, is tracked and reported.

3. Build People Leader Capability

  • Redefine manager capability for an AI-enabled organization, including:
    • Leading teams through role and task redesign
    • Adopting new work practices and workflows while embedding McCain ways of working
    • Coaching employees through change and skill shifts
  • Embed psychological safety, accountability, and trust into leadership expectations, team norms, and ways of working.
  • Embed transformation capability at the team level, recognizing it as the true engine of AI innovation and adoption.
  • Use continuous listening and sentiment insight to help managers spot emerging needs and adjust support in real time.

    • What it means for McCainers, their work and roles
    • What guardrails and expectations exist
  • Address employee concerns directly, creating the trust and psychological safety required for confident adoption.

5. Help Build Change Agility as a Core Organizational Capability

  • Work closely with Change Enablement to operationalize change agility as a core capability across the enterprise.
  • Enable leaders, teams, and individuals to adapt quickly to ongoing transformation, ambiguity, and evolving ways of working.
  • Partner across HR, Technology, and all functions and regions to ensure change capability is built as part of the every day way we work, not treated as a one-time intervention.
