  • Develop deep functional knowledge on the AI Agency platform and client workflows

  • Develop and facilitate live and virtual training sessions, making complex AI and platform concepts easy to understand and actionable
  • Create a variety of materials to support blended training delivery, including: facilitator guides, playbooks, job aids, videos, knowledge bases, interactive eLearning, etc.
  • Direct the delivery of learning solutions through established learning and collaboration platforms (e.g., LXP, SharePoint), while assessing and deploying new channels that improve reach, effectiveness, and learner adoption

HOW WE WORK

EVERSANA AI Agency is the first end-to-end Gen AI platform purpose-built for life sciences commercialization. Powered by Google Cloud, Gemini, Vertex AI, and the Orchestrate Omnichannel Operating System - integrating GrowthLoop, Snowflake, Iterable, Aprimo, and a growing ecosystem of pharma media and CRM partners - we enable brands to move from insight to activation at a speed and precision that was not previously possible.

EVERSANA AI Agency runs on a sprint-based model. Each engagement begins with a configuration phase where brand standards, claims, content logic, and channel templates are built into the platform. Once that foundation is set, production runs in continuous cycles - signal, content generation, review, and deployment - all within the platform. The brand intelligence loaded once carries forward, so every cycle builds on the last rather than starting over. Each cycle begins with a signal phase. The Data & Analytics function captures and structures that signal - audience data, competitive reads, channel performance. The Brand Strategist interprets it through a brand lens, decides what it means, and updates the message map that governs the cycle's content. That map is the strategic input the rest of the pod produces against.

Qualifications

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • 8+ years of experience in building training, onboarding, or enablement programs for enterprise SaaS platforms with rapidly evolving technology
  • Track record of leading delivery of both internal and client training and enablement
  • Ability to tailor content to audiences from different functional disciplines and with varied experience using AI
  • Comfort facilitating demos, hands-on exercises, and interactive discussions, including troubleshooting and debugging in real time
  • Knowledge of instructional design best practices and proficiency using modern learning authoring and delivery tools
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance training material development, learning personalization, or training workflow efficiency
  • Experience leveraging learning analytics, platform usage data, and user feedback to continuously improve enablement effectiveness
  • Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, prompt engineering fundamentals, AI-assisted workflows, and responsible AI practices

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and explain them in a structured, engaging way
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, client stakeholders, and end users
  • Adept at managing multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Ability to build and lead in a rapidly changing environment
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
  • Experience working within a marketing, advertising, digital, or consulting agency environment is a strong plus, with demonstrated success supporting multiple client engagements and driving client adoption of new tools, platforms, or ways of working.
  • Practicle mindset is a non-negotiable
  • Every member of this team is an active explorer of AI and marketing technology. Not because it is trendy, but because our clients pay us to know what is possible before they have to ask.
  • You are actively using AI tools in your daily work right now - building workflows, testing outputs, solving problems you have not been trained to solve yet.
  • You have real opinions about what works, what does not, and what pharma brands should actually pay attention to.
  • You experiment before you wait for permission. When a new tool drops, you open it.
  • You can show a skeptical brand team something real - not a slide about AI, but something you actually built or ran.
