Job Description

The Director, AI Enablement & Adoption will lead the enterprise enablement strategy that helps Acosta associates, leaders, Business Units, and corporate functions adopt approved AI tools, AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and new Human + AI ways of working. This leader will move AI enablement beyond awareness into role-based behavior change, guided adoption, measurable usage, and business impact.

The role supports the AI CoE operating model of central guardrails, federated execution, and portfolio-driven scaling by making sure AI capabilities are understood, trusted, adopted, and embedded into day-to-day work rather than remaining isolated pilots or optional tools.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead Acosta Group's enterprise AI enablement and adoption strategy across associates, managers, leaders, Business Units, and corporate functions.
  • Create role-based AI learning pathways, adoption playbooks, communication materials, guided experiences, office hours, and hands-on programs.
  • Build and manage an AI champions network that supports federated adoption while maintaining alignment with enterprise standards and governance.
  • Partner with HR, Communications, Technology, Business Units, Transformation Programs and AI Governance to embed AI into workflows and change plans.
  • Connect enablement activities to measurable outcomes, including usage, adoption, behavior change, productivity, quality, employee readiness, and business value.
  • Develop launch and adoption plans for approved AI tools, agents, copilots, reusable solutions, and transformation-program capabilities.
  • Translate AI strategy, policies, and guardrails into practical guidance that employees can understand and apply in the flow of work.
  • Coordinate AI learning curriculum, workshops, Build-A-Thons, communities of practice, leadership sessions, and ongoing support channels.
  • Identify adoption barriers, change risks, training gaps, communication needs, and stakeholder concerns across enterprise AI initiatives.
  • Create executive-ready adoption reporting and success stories that demonstrate how AI is changing work and producing value.

Qualifications

  • 10 or more years of experience in enterprise change management, digital adoption, workforce enablement, learning and development, collaboration technology, transformation, communications, or HR/technology enablement.
  • 5 or more years leading enterprise-scale adoption or enablement programs for digital, AI, automation, collaboration, or productivity platforms.
  • Experience building practical AI enablement programs, including AI literacy, responsible AI usage guidance, role-based training, live support sessions, office hours, champions networks, and business-facing learning experiences.
  • Strong practical understanding of GenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, prompt engineering, workflow automation, Power Platform, and enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Experience translating AI strategy, policy, governance, and approved-tool standards into simple, usable guidance for employees, managers, business teams, and functional leaders.
  • Ability to partner across Technology, HR, Communications, Legal, Information Security, Data, Risk, business leaders, and program teams to support governed AI adoption and enterprise readiness.
  • Experience supporting AI or digital use-case intake and enablement processes, including helping business teams frame use cases, understand governance steps, identify approved tools, and move from idea to guided execution.
  • Experience designing and facilitating hands-on adoption formats such as Build-A-Thons, workshops, live Q&A sessions, peer learning forums, solution accelerators, and business/IT co-creation events.
  • Ability to measure enablement effectiveness beyond training attendance, including adoption, usage, engagement, confidence, behavior change, productivity impact, and business outcomes.
  • Strong facilitation, storytelling, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to make AI approachable while reinforcing security, privacy, responsible use, and approved-platform guardrails.
