EducationA Master's degree in a healthcare or related field from an accredited school. Doctorate preferred.

Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
Work Experience• Five years of pediatric clinical experience with an additional five years of experience designing, leading and/or managing NPs and/or PAs at the department, hospital, or system level.

Salary Range: Minimum 146,723.00/annually - Maximum 227,427.00/annually. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
