Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for advanced analytics across the organization.
• Define product roadmap for CoE offerings and sales strategy
• Align analytics initiatives with business goals, ensuring measurable impact on performance and innovation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across various roles from business, product, IT and analytics Team Management
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of operations research scientist, data scientists, machine learning engineers, data engineers and other analytics professionals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and ethical data use Analytics Execution
• Oversee the development and deployment of advanced analytics solutions including predictive modeling, optimization, simulation, quantum computing, algorithms and other AI/ML applications.
• Ensure robust data governance, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies. Stakeholder Engagement
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive teams.
• Serve as a thought leader in analytics, representing the organization at conferences and industry forums.
Innovation & Capability Building
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and methodologies in data science and AI.
• Drive the adoption of scalable analytics platforms and tools.
Qualifications:
Education
• Masters degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (PhD preferred). Experience
• 12+ years in analytics, data science, or related fields.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level analytics solutions.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Business Acumen
• Strong understanding of business strategy, operations, and financial metrics.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills & Experience
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, pharmaceuticals).
• Familiarity with real-world evidence, digital health, or clinical data analytics.
• Certifications in data science, AI, or cloud technologies.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management.
• Thought leadership through publications, patents, or speaking engagements.
Salary Range: $195,600 - $253,200 a year
