ROLE OVERVIEW
The PTP Director - Fanatics Commerce leads North America Procure-to-Pay operations - encompassing invoice processing, payments, vendor support, and AP month-end close - for a fast-growing, multi-brand commerce business. The role partners closely with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Technology to drive transformation initiatives, build scalable controls, and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team. The PTP Director - Fanatics Commerce delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Cross-Functional Leadership:
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Technology to align PTP processes and deliver enterprise-wide efficiencies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on PTP strategy, performance, and transformation priorities.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize working capital and payment strategies.

• Drive working capital improvements through disciplined management of vendor terms, payment strategies, and cash flow optimization.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial accounting experience with a retail, manufacturing, or consumer products company.
• Proven experience leading large-scale PTP or AP operations in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance requirements, and financial systems.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process transformation, automation, and operational efficiency at scale.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote and cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA a plus.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field required.

WORK LOCATION

Hybrid: The primary place of performance of this role is the Company's office located in Jacksonville, FL, subject to the Company's current hybrid work policy. This role currently requires in-office presence Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
