ROLE OVERVIEW
The PTP Director - Fanatics Commerce leads North America Procure-to-Pay operations - encompassing invoice processing, payments, vendor support, and AP month-end close - for a fast-growing, multi-brand commerce business. The role partners closely with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Technology to drive transformation initiatives, build scalable controls, and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team. The PTP Director - Fanatics Commerce delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Cross-Functional Leadership:
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Technology to align PTP processes and deliver enterprise-wide efficiencies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on PTP strategy, performance, and transformation priorities.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize working capital and payment strategies.

• Ensure vendor and supplier payment processes run with accuracy and efficiency, enabling uninterrupted product flow that ultimately reaches fans on time.
• Establish and consistently meet Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators that reflect a commitment to operational excellence.
• Strengthen vendor relationships through proactive support and transparent communication, building trust across the supply ecosystem.
• Optimize cash flow and vendor terms to support the financial health that underlies Fanatics Commerce's ability to serve fans at scale.

• Champion automation and digital tools to streamline PTP workflows and enhance scalability across a multi-brand, global operation.
• Drive process transformation initiatives that modernize AP operations and support continued organizational growth.
• Support the implementation of new finance and accounting systems to enable global process harmonization.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks by applying creative, data-informed approaches to process design and execution.

• Develop and implement best-in-class processes, policies, and controls for end-to-end PTP operations.
• Own AP month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor and enforce SLAs and KPIs, holding the team accountable to measurable performance standards.
• Drive working capital improvements through disciplined management of vendor terms, payment strategies, and cash flow optimization.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial accounting experience with a retail, manufacturing, or consumer products company.
• Proven experience leading large-scale PTP or AP operations in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance requirements, and financial systems.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process transformation, automation, and operational efficiency at scale.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote and cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA a plus.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field required.
WORK LOCATION
Hybrid: The primary place of performance of this role is the Company's office located in Jacksonville, FL, subject to the Company's current hybrid work policy. This role currently requires in-office presence Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
