About the Role
IntegrityCONNECT Leads is Integrity's lead distribution platform, where agents and agencies purchase leads and calls to help drive insurance sales and enrollments. This role will be responsible for building and scaling a skilled Account Management function and team. You will own the relationship with buyers on the platform with a heavy emphasis on key partners. Your intent and goal is to improve buyer retention and increase revenue on the platform. This function will be focused on proactive outreach, building rapport with buyers and continuously advocating on their behalf. This role will start as an as an individual contributor. Once the framework is built and ability to drive revenue and retention is proven, you will build out your team.

What You'll Do
• Own retention and spend growth across the full buyer book, all lead types and business units
• Proactively complete outreach to buyers to build rapport and identify opportunities for growth
• Propose the KPIs to measure success of the team, understand the value of both macro and micro level measures
• Set up account plans and regular check-ins with key buyers
• Coordinate with agent support on shared accounts and escalations
• Bring buyer feedback on lead quality, product and fulfillment back to leadership
• Build a strong relationship with operational and vendor management peers
• Put together the account management playbook, covering segmentation, outreach cadence, and escalation paths, for a future team to inherit
• Build the foundation and business case for your future team

What You'll Need
• Account management, client success, or another revenue-facing background - insurance and lead generation is required
• Experience managing a team of sales and/or customer support
• Track record of exceeding revenue goals and KPIs
• Ability to perform autonomously with little initial structure and documented responsibilities
• Proven tactics to successfully work cross-functionally with technology, marketing, and product
