Relevant du vice-président des finances, vous agirez comme partenaire stratégique auprès de la direction et comme leader d'une équipe comptable engagée. Vous aurez un rôle clé dans la production de l'information financière, le suivi des coûts et des projets, l'optimisation des processus ainsi que l'évolution des outils technologiques intégrés.

Votre contribution au quotidien
• Mobiliser, accompagner et développer une équipe comptable compétente;
• Produire et analyser l'information financière mensuelle pour soutenir les décisions d'affaires;
• Assurer un suivi rigoureux des coûts, des travaux en cours et des projets de construction;
• Contribuer à l'amélioration de l'efficience opérationnelle par l'analyse des coûts de production;
• Piloter les projections financières et le processus budgétaire annuel avec les équipes de direction;
• Optimiser la gestion de trésorerie, les flux de trésorerie et les relations avec les institutions financières;
• Superviser la vérification annuelle et assurer une collaboration efficace avec les auditeurs externes;
• Participer activement à l'implantation, à l'amélioration et à l'intégration des systèmes financiers et opérationnels;
• Renforcer les contrôles internes et contribuer à l'évolution des processus financiers;
• Développer des indicateurs de performance, des rapports de gestion et des tableaux de bord utiles à la prise de décision;
• Appuyer, au besoin, les projets d'acquisition et l'intégration financière des entreprises acquises.

Ce que vous apportez
• Un baccalauréat en comptabilité et un titre CPA;
• Un parcours solide en finances, minimalement 8 à 10 ans dans des fonctions de contrôleur, et incluant une expérience significative en gestion d'équipe;
• Une expérience pertinente en cabinet comptable, considérée comme un atout important;
• Une excellente compréhension des processus budgétaires, de l'analyse financière et de la gestion de trésorerie;
• Une bonne connaissance des travaux en cours et du suivi de projets, idéalement dans un contexte de construction;
• Une expérience en implantation ou en amélioration de processus liés à un ERP;
• Une connaissance d'Acumatica, un atout;
• La capacité de communiquer efficacement en français et en anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

You will play a key role in financial reporting, cost and project tracking, process optimization, and the evolution of integrated technological tools.

Your day-to-day contribution

• Support acquisition projects and the financial integration of acquired companies as needed.

What you bring
• A bachelor's degree in accounting and a CPA designation;
• A solid background in finance-with at least 8 to 10 years in Controller roles-including significant experience in team management;
• Relevant experience in a public accounting firm, considered a major asset;
• An excellent understanding of budgeting processes, financial analysis, and treasury management;
• Good knowledge of work-in-progress (WIP) and project tracking, ideally within a construction context;
• Experience implementing or improving ERP-related processes;
• Knowledge of Acumatica (an asset);
• The ability to communicate effectively in both French and English, orally and in writing.
