Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of gas turbine design, validation, and certification across multiple engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of project managers supporting operations for all P&WC engine families.
  • Define and achieve product design requirements for various projects.
  • Ensure product safety is a priority at all times.
  • Effectively direct multidisciplinary teams to reach key performance indicators like weight, cost, and reliability.
  • Oversee design verification and validation activities as well as certification processes.
  • Meet deadlines, manage project timelines, and adhere to budget commitments.

Leadership d'une équipe dédiée au développement ou au support technique à la production au sein du groupe d'ingénierie/gestion de projet.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
  • Diriger une équipe d'ingénieurs gestionnaires de projets qui soutiennent les opérations pour toutes les familles de moteurs P&WC.
  • Définir et atteindre les exigences de design du produit pour divers projets.
  • S'assurer que la sécurité du produit demeure la priorité en tout temps.
  • Diriger efficacement des équipes multidisciplinaires pour atteindre les ICP (Indices clés de Performance) tels que poids, coûts, fiabilité, tout en s'assurant de rencontrer les exigences des autres organisations.
  • Diriger la vérification et la validation du design ainsi que les activités de certification.
  • Respecter les échéanciers, planifier et rencontrer les engagements budgétaires.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Diplôme en ingénierie avec un minimum de 15 ans d'expérience pertinente.
  • Forte compréhension des turbines à gaz au niveau de la conception, de la validation et de l'homologation, acquise dans plus d'une discipline en ingénierie et à travers une assignation hors de l'Ingénierie (Marketing, Opérations, Soutien client).
  • Capacité de diriger une équipe et démontrer un fort leadership.
  • Haute adaptabilité et habilité à travailler sous pression, le candidat devra accommoder les changements de priorités, basés sur l'information disponible et saura réconcilier les opinions divergentes afin de supporter l'atteinte des objectifs d'affaires et les priorités émergentes.
  • Habileté de communication à l'interne et l'externe, sens des responsabilités et de l'organisation.
  • Être membre de l'Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec ou de l'Association des Professionnels des Ingénieurs de l'Ontario.
  • Disponibilité pour voyager avec court préavis et de travail hors des heures standards.
  • Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.
