Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the business plan for the stations according to Cogeco Media's mission
• Ensure sound management and financial performance of the responsible stations
• Create a competitive and attractive programming schedule for high content production standards
• Support the sales team actively in collaboration with the sales director to optimize sales
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical requirements for the stations
• Conduct quality control of content and programs and provide feedback to teams
• Represent the station to local partners and institutions
• Align the station with the network's direction
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with other markets
• Mobilize the team around common objectives in a motivating work environment
• Participate in marketing and promotion plans for the stations
• Develop concrete actions to maintain and increase audience
• Negotiate contracts for on-air talent
• Manage, guide, and train teams.
