Titre du poste : Directeur Associe du programme des operations

Le directeur du programme d'exploitation dirige l'équipe de gestion du programme d'exploitation (OPM) en agissant comme la " voix des opérations " auprès de toutes les parties prenantes internes et externes, responsables de l'industrialisation de leurs programmes de moteurs tout au long de son cycle de vie (NPI et Legacy).

En tant que membre clé du PMMT (Équipe de gestion du modèle de programme) / PMT (l'équipe de gestion des produits), vous travaillerez directement avec l'ingénierie, les producteurs, la gestion de l'approvisionnement, l'ingénierie du développement de la fabrication, assembleur & test, les partenaires, les équipementiers, la qualité, le marché secondaire et d'autres parties prenantes clés pour piloter les livrables du programme sur la sécurité.

Le poste s'effectue à notre établissement de Longueuil du lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?

  • Assurer la liaison avec les cadres supérieurs de P&WC dans tous les secteurs de l'entreprise.
  • Gérer le calendrier d'industrialisation et les finances du programme.
  • Gérer le matériel de développement de projet en pilotant l'approvisionnement stratégique, les coûts, la capacité de fabrication et la productivité.
  • Gérer l'intégration de la configuration dans la nomenclature de production et les moteurs.
  • Surveiller et analyser les besoins en ressources du projet.
  • Fournit au PMMT/PMT le tableau de bord de l'industrialisation du programme.
  • Interagir avec tous les niveaux de gestion et le personnel des programmes et des projets ainsi qu'avec d'autres organisations fonctionnelles, y compris les contrats, les finances et les achats, au besoin, pour résoudre les problèmes et fournir des rapports précis, opportuns et conviviaux sur l'état d'avancement des programmes et des projets.
  • Interagir avec les gestionnaires de programme concernant tout écart potentiel de base sur le calendrier et les coûts, les tendances et les flux de trésorerie, soutenir la planification des mesures d'atténuation, le cas échéant, et aider à trouver des solutions.

  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie, administration, gestion des opérations ou autre domaine connexe
  • 8 à 12 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine de la fabrication ou de l'ingénierie.


  • Formation en gestion de projet ou équivalent, certification PMP ou MBA est un atout.
  • Connaissance pratique des applications logicielles pertinentes, telles que les outils de Microsoft Office (Excel, Projects et PowerPoint) et MS Project.

Job title :Operations Program Associate Director

The Operations Program Associate Director leads the Operations Program Management (OPM) team acting as the "voice of Operations" to all internal and external stakeholders, responsible for the industrialization of their engine programs during its life cycle (NPI and Legacy).

While being a key member of the PMMT / PMT, you will work directly with the Engineering, Producers, Supply Management, MED, A&T, Partners, OEMs, Quality, Aftermarket, and other key stakeholders to drive program deliverables on safety, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction and EH&S.

You will also be responsible for specific program deliverables such as advance sourcing, manufacturing readiness, configuration, cost, producibility or customer synchronization of engine programs.

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.
