Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), Quality, and Supply Chain within a relevant industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.
• Experience in partnering with global Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
• Ability to become a subject matter expert to develop new processes and tools.
• Thrives in a flexible, results-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and NetSuite/Oracle, Propel/Agile.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational execution at Arista's Global Direct Fulfillment sites.
• Collaborate with new product introduction teams on product releases and design requirements.
• Establish necessary processes, equipment, and capacity for new product readiness at DF sites.
• Implement Engineering Change Orders in collaboration with product engineering, adjusting processes as needed.
• Support process engineers in creating scalable and flexible operations for diverse product lines.
• Lead RMA return processes, ensuring efficient handling with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
• Monitor product quality and yields at DF and report on performance for assigned products.
• Act as the lead representative for quality issues, managing line stops and stop ships accordingly.
