Job Title Director, Sales, Central

Division: LDB

Reports To: Sales AVP

Location - Field Based Remote - Must reside in Territory outlined below (Texas, Oklahoma Louisiana)

Summary:

The Director of Sales is responsible for maximizing sales and achieving company business objectives within an assigned region established each year by the company. Works closely with AVP, Sales to develop annual sales strategies and business plans for assigned region. Director of Sales is responsible for hands-on management, support, mentoring and coaching of the Aesthetic Business Manager team. Manages the implementation of sales and marketing programs for the success of existing key medical practices in addition to achieving new account openings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Works to achieve and exceed sales targets for region (San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Spokane, Denver, Minneapolis Des Moines, Sacramento).
* Ensures that existing physician partners are provided white glove-service and support to increase their sales and success through effective Aesthetic Business Manager for business planning.
* Achieve and work to exceed new account targets.
* Ensures that leads for new prospects are effectively prioritized, qualified and converted to new partners through the use and management of CRM.
* Spends an appropriate amount of time in the field per month with ABMs coaching and mentoring on logistics of growing existing business.
* Implements marketing and sales programs to ensure effective sales support of our physician partners and resulting sales growth.
* Ensure that ABMs are presenting all promotions and new product launches to their physician partners in a timely manner thereby achieving as broad a distribution level as possible.
* Work closely with ABMs and Educators to support all accounts with educational webinars, training, and events.
* Has input in planning and organizing Regional and National Sales Meetings.
* Recruit, hire, retain and develop Aesthetic Business Manager for growth territories.
* Safety and Security: Maintains a thorough and current understanding of products and services, policies and procedures.

Education & Experience:

* BA Degree in Management or related field of study is required; or 10 or more years of related industry experience in a similar role may qualify
* Minimum 5+ years sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry, health and wellness or consumer goods required
* Preferred 2 years' experience with a proven track record of sales growth, attention to detail, administrative and customer service excellence
