Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:This role supports the company's objective of monetizing its real estate assets through directing all aspects of transactions, with a specific focus on optimizing value through the sale, leasing, redevelopment and acquisition of both fee and leasehold assets. Critical to the execution of asset monetization strategies, this position provides day to day oversight of developing and executing asset and portfolio strategies for the monetization of assets. Overall focus is contributing to the company s highest and best use strategy to maximize value. This position s strategic agenda is to provide consistency and increase the number and velocity of transactions, with the goal of maximizing value.

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience RequirementsJOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:- Executes the successful monetization of individual and sub-portfolio real estate assets
- Works with Portfolio Management Team, participate in development and execution of individual asset plans
- Works in conjunction with in-house and third party resources to identify, confirm and pursue potential change in use, redevelopment and acquisition opportunities in pursuit of maximizing value through asset monetization
- Drives multiple transactions of various sizes to repurpose and redevelop real estate assets
- Monitors and reports on market trends and comparable transactions • Innovates new strategies to accelerate the pace and volume of transactions
- Works hand-in-hand with legal to assist in structuring deals and leasing agreements
- Identifies third party brokers and manages marketing efforts to identify prospects
- Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates
JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelors Degree
- 5-10 years of related experience
- 18 years of age or older
REQUIRED SKILLS:- 5+ years in a role with substantial direct deal making experience
- Proven team leader able to develop team members and foster a collaborative and results oriented culture
- Experience leading projects and coordinating internal and external resources
- Strong Analytical skills
