This individual will serve as the connective tissue across the enterprise - bridging business strategy, technology execution, and delivery accountability across ERP, Supply Chain, Finance, Data, and Retail domains.

Reporting to SVP Technology, this role is responsible for overseeing project delivery governance, driving Product Ownership discipline, and ensuring cross-functional initiatives land on time, within scope, and with measurable business value. The Director will work closely with Engineering, Product, Business, and Data teams to bring structure, transparency, and continuous improvement to how Serena & Lily delivers technology-enabled outcomes.

Day to day, this leader is expected to be energized by complexity, motivated by outcomes, and skilled at building trust across stakeholders. You thrive in an environment where priorities shift, problems require creative solutions, and excellence in delivery is not just expected - it is celebrated.

Responsibilities:

Enterprise Project Delivery & Governance

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain an integrated master delivery roadmap, providing leadership and the business with clear visibility into timelines, milestones, and priorities.
  • Drive delivery governance standards including status reporting, risk escalation, change management protocols, and retrospective practices.
  • Champion First Time Quality principles across all delivery workstreams, reducing rework and improving release predictability.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to ensure delivery plans are realistic, well-sequenced, and aligned to business cycles and campaigns.

Product Management & Ownership
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners across enterprise domains, ensuring consistent application of agile delivery practices, backlog management, and prioritization discipline.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic initiatives into clearly defined product roadmaps and actionable backlogs maintained within the Serena & Lily Product Delivery (SLPD) framework.
  • Ensure product roadmaps are actively maintained, communicated, and used to drive focus, accountability, and alignment across technology and business teams.
  • Champion the voice of the customer and the business across all product decisions, ensuring technology investments deliver tangible value.
  • Facilitate business discovery sessions, requirements analysis, and stakeholder alignment to ensure clarity before development begins.
  • Oversee UAT planning and execution in partnership with business teams, ensuring thorough validation prior to production deployments.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for business leaders seeking visibility into technology delivery status, priorities, and outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver clear, consistent executive-level reporting on roadmap progress, key metrics, risks, and delivery results.
  • Operate technology as a business - bringing transparency to planned activities and ensuring technology teams understand the 'why' behind their work.
  • Build strong relationships across Business, Engineering, Data, and external vendor partners to facilitate effective collaboration and decision-making.
  • Facilitate cross-functional steering meetings, program reviews, and governance forums to maintain alignment and accountability.

Continuous Improvement & Team Development
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project delivery and product management functions.
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that increase delivery efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team, providing clear direction, coaching, and career development support.
