Full Job Description
Salary: $135,000 - $150,000

Other Forms of Compensation: Full Benefits, 401k, PTO, and bonus potential

Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Operations overseeing Campus Dining at the University of Chicago.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops, recommends, and implements policies and procedures of the account
  • Monitors financial reports of the accounts to ensure budgetary compliance
  • Inspect unit operations to ensure contract compliance
  • Interfaces with existing clients to maintain client satisfaction and account retention
  • Conducts appropriate annual and semi-annual performance evaluations
  • Completes all daily, weekly, and monthly reports as outlined in the corporate policy
  • Trains, motivates, and develops management personnel

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years' experience in multi-unit foodservice management
  • Experience with multi-unit foodservice management
