Director of Nursing (Behavioral Health) at First Health Moore Regional Health in Pinehurst, NC. This unit is a 28 bed adult/ dual diagnosis program.
Responsibilities:- Must be able to work in partnership with hospital president, system CNO and other hospital staff.
- Must have demonstrated experience in leading within a Professional Governance environment.
- Must have strong skills in the management of human resources with the ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
- Strong planning and organization skills required.
- Strong skills in leveraging technology for productivity and nursing information systems required.
- Demonstrated business, financial, and clinical skills to manage the operations of assigned departments to ensure high quality, patient focused care required.
- Demonstrated leadership and administrative skills with the ability to develop and coach staff as well as the ability to delegate.
- Strong listening and critical thinking skills required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

- Experience working with various accrediting bodies.
- Active Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina.
