Job Summary

This individual will oversee the operation of a Patient Experience team while partnering with Compass leadership to develop and implement the company's patient satisfaction initiatives. You will oversee patient experience strategies for various teams and ensure compliance across all service lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitors and audits the accounting and control processes, as well as operating within budget while supporting accounts
  • Develops strategies to maintain and support client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention
  • Implements the national patient satisfaction program in each district or division
  • Directs reporting of key patient satisfaction indicators at least monthly
  • Maintains an awareness of the patient satisfaction updates and industry conditions including those internal and external to the accounts, districts and divisions
  • Conducts semi-annual Patient Experience Meeting ensuring proper training, updates are available
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferred
  • Must possess advanced knowledge of third-party patient satisfaction surveys and the CMS administered
  • HCAHPS survey including strategies used in increasing patient satisfaction and HCAHPS scores
  • Must be willing and able to travel
  • Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
  • Demonstrates fiscal and budgetary skills
