Full Job Description
In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Systems(C4ISRS), you'll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actional information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.
We are seeking a Strategic Program Director to lead our most critical programs and campaigns in the areas of Communications, Space, Sensing, and Mission Management. This role requires a leader who brings vision, operational discipline, strong collaboration, and a deep commitment to developing people. This role requires a leader who can balance near-term execution and program performance with long-term strategic positioning, product innovation, and market expansion.
This leader will report to the Deputy Vice President, C4ISRS and lead strategic projects across the business driving optimal business performance. Because this role involves a combination of collaborative and in-person/independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite, on travel or remotely.

This role can be based in Hudson, NH; Wayne, NJ; Fort Wayne, IN; Greenlawn, NY; Manassas, VA; or San Diego, CA.

Required Skills and Education
3 Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in engineering, business, or related discipline.
3 Proven track record driving growth and performance across complex portfolios.
3 Demonstrated success leading A&D programs, portfolios, and transformation.
3 Strong command of program execution, financial performance, customer priorities, and the A&D market.
3 Ability to align and mobilize cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, programs product management, and strategy.
3 Track record of solving complex business and program challenges and driving results through ambiguity.
3 Proven ability to build and influence senior customer relationships internally and externally.
3 Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
