Salary Range: $211,000.00 to $270,000.00

The Role
This position will lead the Radiological Control Program for the Nuclear Propulsion Engineering organization. A candidate will ensure that all applicable RadCon procedures and requirements are followed to ensure radiological safety for NNS personnel and the environment. A candidate must be knowledgeable of NAVSEA radiological control requirements as well. A candidate for this position must possess sound leadership, managerial, and communication skills. This candidate will also be closely governed by applicable government and Navy regulations concerning radiological control. Excellent human relations and communication skills are also essential as this position will interact with various internal and external customers on a frequent basis. Demonstrated ability to manage and direct the work of others is required.

Must Have
BS in Engineering and 10 years engineering experience OR MS in Engineering and 8 years of relevant engineering experience. Candidate's degree must be from an ABET accredited program in the school of engineering.
