Position Title: Director, Dining Services ISalary: $85000 - $90000Job SummaryWe are seeking a strong, results-driven Director of Dining Services to lead a high-profile corporate dining account in Sunnyvale, CA, generating over $10M in annual revenue. This role requires a dynamic leader with proven multi-unit operational experience, capable of overseeing multiple dining locations, driving financial performance, and delivering an exceptional client and guest experience.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong financial acumen, and a passion for hospitality, along with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, innovative corporate environment. Experience managing complex, multi-site operations within corporate dining or hospitality is essential to ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence across the account.
Key Responsibilities: - Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
- Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
- Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Roll out new culinary programs
Preferred Qualifications:- BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
- Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
- High volume production and catering experience is essential
- Previous experience managing a budget
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
