Job Summary and Qualifications

Position Summary:

The Director of Diagnostic Imaging is a pivotal leadership role responsible for directing, managing, and coordinating the technical, physical, and administrative activities of the Imaging Department. This position ensures adherence to hospital policy, ACR, HRS, FDA, and JCAHO standards. The Director establishes and maintains policies and procedures to meet these rigorous standards and those of the hospital, guaranteeing the competency of all individuals within the department who are responsible for patient assessment, treatment, or care.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology

Required

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration

Preferred

5+ years of experience in Radiology, demonstrating strong foundation on the field

2+ years of experience in management; showcasing leadership capabilities and administrative expertise
