Full Job Description
In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving DHL Supply Chain's (DSC) digitalization and innovation endeavors across North America. This key leadership role is instrumental in the development and execution of DSC's digitalization and innovation strategy across North America, shaping both near-term priorities and long-term direction to improve supply chain performance.

Core Focus Areas
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships with vendors to develop and manage innovative digital technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solutions Design as well as business unit Operations and Innovation team members to train, educate, and support Accelerated Digitalization technologies.
  • Drive regional innovation programs across research, proof of concept, pilots, and full-scale implementation.
  • Provide expertise in processes, tools, and facilitation to support both regional innovation objectives and the broader global digitalization agenda.

Leadership and Collaboration
  • Partner closely with sector, regional, and global leadership to align priorities and support successful delivery of Accelerated Digitalization initiatives.
  • Manage key vendor relationships across North America, ensuring strong collaboration, clear communication, and continued progress on innovation priorities.

  • Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships that contribute to the advancement of digitalization strategies.

  • Strategic Development: Spearhead the formulation of tools, processes, and organizational structures designed to accelerate operational performance within DHL Supply Chain. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the region's revenue and profit growth objectives.
