Digital Video Producer & Editor

Meet the Team

The Branding & Communications team is responsible for developing and executing internal and external communications strategies globally and across the firm. The team's objectives are protecting Millennium's reputation, demonstrating industry leadership, and supporting a wide range of business initiatives. This role sits within that team and supports digital storytelling efforts with a particular focus on WorldQuant.

What You'll Do
  • Create, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video and digital content for Millennium and WorldQuant, with a primary focus on WorldQuant
  • Film and photograph executive content, interviews, events, office and culture moments, recruiting assets, and other original footage for social, digital, and internal channels in support of business and brand priorities
  • Own end-to-end video production workflows, including concept development, storyboarding, shot planning, filming, editing, motion graphics, sound, color correction, and final delivery across digital channels
  • Edit short- and long-form content, including executive thought leadership, social-first clips, recruiting materials, event recaps, and brand storytelling assets
  • Build and maintain creative templates for use across digital platforms
  • Partner with stakeholders across Branding & Communications and with agency partners to ensure creative work aligns with messaging priorities, brand standards, and compliance requirements
  • Stay current on digital, social, and video trends to identify new creative opportunities, including the use of emerging generative AI tools to enhance visual storytelling


What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a strong academic record
  • 4 to 6+ years of experience in video production, editing, digital content creation, or creative production, ideally in-house or within an agency, media company, or production environment
  • Strong hands-on experience shooting and editing video content for social, digital, corporate, editorial, or brand storytelling purposes, including filming executives, interviews, events, and other high-visibility content with professionalism, discretion, and strong creative judgment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, or Audition preferred
  • Strong understanding of video production fundamentals, including camera operation, lighting, audio capture, framing, composition, pacing, and post-production workflows, with demonstrated ability to turn raw footage into clear, compelling stories tailored to different platforms, audiences, and objectives
  • Strong communication and writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working in a regulated, reputation-sensitive, or corporate environment preferred
  • A portfolio or reel demonstrating video production, editing, and storytelling capabilities is required


Salary Range

Millennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York City and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
