In this role, you'll directly impact the Space Force and broader DoW acquisition organizations by leading strategy teams to stand-up new organizations, transform existing organizations, and adopt cutting edge technologies, including AI/ML capabilities. You Have:- 5+ years of experience with strategy and transformation capabilities, including organization design or standup, strategic planning, process improvement, and technology adoption
- 5+ years of experience with program management and business development for large-scale DoW or federal government programs
- Experience leading technology innovation or organizational transformation involving AI, cyber, automation, or emerging technologies
- Experience identifying, managing, and communicating dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items to support successful client delivery
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have: - Experience supporting U.S. Space Force or DoW acquisition programs
- Experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization
- Experience with AI/ML and cloud capabilities
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting IT programs or technical project delivery
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in a Kanban environment, including daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Experience coaching Agile teams on continuous improvement and Agile best practices
- Ability to manage projects from initiation through execution, devise and execute client deliverables, work independently, identify problems and devise analysis and solutions, communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences, and lead the accomplishments of client tasks from inception to completion
- PMI PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or similar Agile Certification

CompensationSalary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
