Full Job Description
Position Title: Digital Transformation Expert , Apparatus PMO

Location: Peachtree Corners, GA/Remote

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Expert to join our Apparatus Program Management Team, working in close partnership with the Electrical Products Digital Transformation Program (TEA). This is not a traditional IT role-you will be a key bridge between business strategy, project execution, and digital transformation initiatives ensuring the PMO is equipped with the tools, processes, and insights needed to support a rapidly evolving environment.

You will make impact with the following responsibilities:
  • Bridge Business and Digitalization: Act as the primary digitalization champion within Apparatus Program Management, translating business needs into actionable digital solutions. You will be responsible for defining and executing the digital strategy for PMO, with a focus on enabling scalable, data-driven, and AI-enabled operating models.
  • Process Optimization: You will drive the development of the PMO digital footprint roadmap, identify and implement automation tools, and ensure alignment with broader business strategy to improve efficiency, decision-making, and project execution.
  • Use case development and self-service: Work closely with EP Digital Transformation Program, IT teams, and Apparatus PMO team to:
    • Identify and lead for complex digitalization use cases, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Shape demand & test Snowflake data products, Mendix apps, ML/GenAI and other digital solutions for successful implementation
    • Act as Citizen super developer to maximize analytics, AI and automation self-service options to complement managed services from the EP Digital Transformation & other IT teams
  • Change Management & Adoption: Project manage digital solution implementation & migrations, drive adoption of new tools, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Be a part of a company-wide transformation project to introduce a new ERP system (SAP S/4 HANA) and related business processes across the organization. Analyze existing business processes supporting complex make-to-order as well as make-to-stock order management procedures in existing SAP and Compass toolsets to chart transformation to new ERP of SAP S/4 HANA
  • Community Building: Liase with Citizen developers & digital change agents from other Electrical products business functions to learn best practices and digitalization ideas.

Basic Qualifications:
  • BS in Computer Science, or 4+ years of experience in lieu of Digital transformation.
  • 2 plus years of experience in digital transformation within the electrical products industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proven ability to use low-code digital tools (e.g. Tableau, Knime, Mendix). ERP (SAP).
  • Project & Program Management: Skilled in Agile execution frameworks and multiple stakeholder coordination.
  • Industry experience: Familiarity with product manufacturing industry and complex program management.
  • Growth mindset: Collaborative, quick learner, and committed to delivering business impact.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced technical degree or certifications in the field of digitalization
  • Familiarity with Siemens systems (SAP, Siemens Data & AI Cloud) and CPQ (COMPAS).

The pay range for this position is $66,973- $114,811. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is $81,753 - $140,148 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
