Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in Digital Engineering and software development.
• Strong knowledge of Open Mission Systems (OMS).
• Familiarity with Government Reference Architectures.
• Expertise in modern software design and development practices.
• Experience supporting DoD programs (Air Force preferred).
• Proven ability to operate as a technical SME and advisor to government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advisory support to Government Program Managers on Digital Engineering and architecture implementation.
• Support development of software design approaches, including platform selection, coding standards, and technical design requirements.
• Lead and guide Digital Engineering processes and transformation efforts.
• Interface directly with prime contractors, subcontractors, and external software development teams.
• Ensure alignment with Open Mission Systems (OMS) and Government Reference Architectures.
• Provide technical oversight of software development and system integration efforts.
