Currently, we are searching for an enthusiastic leader to fill the role of Digital Retail Sales Manager. A qualified candidate will be expected to:
- Recruit, hire and lead an all-star sales team focused on assisting customers shopping online
- Identify and implement processes to engage, support and close online shoppers
- Monitor and manage the quality and success of conversations between sales team members and online shoppers
- Provide assistance to sales team members in identifying vehicle solutions that meet the customer's needs and budget
- Structure car deals and meet with customers directly when necessary to close sales
- Oversee the customer follow up process to ensure no sales opportunities are missed

Job Requirements - Prior managerial experience is required
- 2-5 years sales and customer service experience preferred
- Automotive sales background a plus
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong written and communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
Pay Range & Compensation Details Pay is from $100,000 per year. Rate of pay for this position is dependent on relevant skills & experience.
