  • Manage multiple digital projects and strategic initiatives within the Digital organization.
  • Support project and offering management activities impacting revenue and customer outcomes.
  • Coordinate workstreams across various teams, including product and engineering.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and status reports to track progress.
  • Align stakeholders on priorities and key decisions related to projects.
  • Monitor project progress and identify risks, driving issue resolution.

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of digital projects and offering management activities across the Trane Technologies Digital organization. This role leads multiple concurrent initiatives with varying scope and complexity, including projects that directly impact annual recurring revenue and business growth. The position works closely with a team of project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, execution, and coordination in support of strategic digital priorities. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across a broad set of stakeholders. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity, bringing structure to complex work, and supporting execution across strategic digital initiatives.

What you will do:
  • Manage multiple digital projects and strategic initiatives across the Trane Technologies Digital organization.
  • Support project and offering management activities for initiatives with direct impact on annual recurring revenue, customer outcomes, and business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, commercial, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reporting, and action tracking.
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and key decisions.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and drive resolution to support successful execution.
  • Bring structure, organization, and clarity to complex or evolving initiatives.
  • Exercise independent judgment in managing priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
  • Contribute to new and ad hoc projects as organizational priorities evolve.


What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, offering management, program operations, product support, or related technical/business roles, preferably within digital products, technology, or similar environments.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience supporting initiatives with meaningful business impact, including revenue-related responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, connected solutions, SaaS products, or smart building technologies. Experience with AI-enabled or cloud-based solutions is a plus.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Airtable, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
