  • Partner with Email and Web teams to align initiative timelines with channel release schedules and improve delivery predictability
  • Monitor program health, proactively resolving or escalating blockers and providing stakeholders and leadership with clear visibility into milestones, risks, dependencies, and launch readiness
  • Coordinate launch readiness and post-launch evaluation, confirming deliverables meet agreed requirements and partnering with stakeholders to track success measures
  • Lead retrospectives and contribute to scalable program management practices that improve cross-functional collaboration, team effectiveness, and delivery predictability

  • Strong background in roadmap planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and launch coordination
  • Experience partnering across multidisciplinary teams such as Email, Web, Product Marketing, Creative, Content, SEO, UX, Analytics, or Engineering
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from delivery teams to leadership
  • Experience using project and program management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Confluence, or comparable tools
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work autonomously in a global, matrixed, remote environment
