Are you a product leader with deep expertise in entitlements and permissions ready to drive impact at JPMorganChase?

As an experienced Product Manager within Digital Banking, you will help shape and deliver JPMorganChase’s modern entitlements and permissions platform for innovation economy and emerging middle market clients, partnering across business, engineering, operations, and risk/control functions to build secure, scalable access management capabilities in a highly complex environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner in defining and evolving the entitlements and permissions platform, including authorization models, roles, administrative experiences, auditability, and policy controls.
  • Contribute to and help drive the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with senior product leaders and stakeholders.
  • Lead product discovery efforts, including stakeholder engagement, client research, journey mapping, and problem validation.
  • Translate business and client needs into clear product briefs, including goals, scope, requirements, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
  • Partner closely with engineering, architecture, and UX to ensure end-to-end solutions across systems, workflows, and channels.
  • Represent the business in agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives), ensuring clarity on priorities and acceptance criteria.
  • Define and track KPIs such as adoption, entitlement accuracy, provisioning time, administrative efficiency, and risk/control outcomes.
  • Apply data and emerging tools responsibly to inform insights, enhance delivery, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, detail, and risk awareness in a domain critical to access control and client security.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Significant product management experience across the full lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery partnership, launch, and iteration.
  • Experience in entitlements, permissions, authorization, or adjacent domains such as identity & access management or access governance.
  • Strong understanding of agile practices and proficiency with Jira.
  • Experience using data and metrics to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, regulated environments (engineering, design, operations, risk, compliance, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent).
  • Experience building digital banking, client administration, onboarding, or B2B platforms.
  • Familiarity with technical and design concepts, enabling effective partnership with engineering and UX teams.
