Full Job Description
We are hiring for three distinct Digital Product Manager roles within Allstate Cyber Operations & Platforms each contributing to a unified, AI-enabled cyber operations ecosystem.

Agentic Cyber Platforms focuses on building the shared AI infrastructure, including frameworks, orchestration, and guardrails, to enable secure, scalable use of AI across workflows.

Security Data & Observability delivers a high-quality Security Operations Data Plane, ensuring reliable, well-governed data flows that support detection, analytics, and AI-driven decision-making.

Tooling & Platform drives the integration, lifecycle management, and governance of security tooling, ensuring systems operate as a cohesive platform rather than siloed solutions.

Together, these roles enable a modern cyber operating model centered on AI enablement, trusted data, and integrated platform capabilities to improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making.

About the Role

Owns product strategy, roadmap, and outcome delivery for cyber platform capabilities spanning AI enablement, security data products, and tooling integration ensuring operational teams have scalable, well governed, and effective solutions that improve cyber workflows and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and backlog across platform, data, tooling, and AI-enablement capabilities.


  • Translate cyber operations needs into testable hypotheses, epics, and user stories; lead discovery and framing to drive measurable outcomes.


  • Establish and track outcome-based KPIs (adoption, workflow efficiency, data quality, latency, operational impact, platform reuse, decision quality).


  • Prioritize capabilities that improve ecosystem consistency, enable safe AI adoption, strengthen data reliability, and reduce workflow fragmentation.


  • Partner with engineering and platform consulting to ensure feasibility, security-by-design, scalable architecture, and alignment to enterprise standards.


  • Drive adoption through documentation, enablement, standards, demos, and feedback loops with operational teams and stakeholders.


  • Balance innovation velocity with governance, defensibility, operational reliability, and long-term platform sustainability.


Essential Skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management, platform product delivery, data product ownership, or enterprise tooling ecosystems.


  • Demonstrated success translating complex stakeholder needs into outcome-based roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.


  • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering and architecture teams.


  • Proven track record of defining strategy and using metrics to drive prioritization, decision-making, and measurable outcomes.


  • Experience operating in agile, product-centric delivery models.


Desirable Skills

  • Experience with AI/ML-enabled products, platform capabilities, workflow automation, or data-driven operational ecosystems.


  • Familiarity with security operations workflows, telemetry or observability concepts, and analyst tooling environments.


  • Experience with governance-by-design concepts such as auditability, data quality, access boundaries, lineage, or policy enforcement.


  • Experience building or scaling internal platforms and driving adoption through reusable standards, integration patterns, and enablement.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 120,000.00 - 193,725.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
