About the role:
This is a unique leadership opportunity for an analytical, creative, and experienced individual to make a big impact on Gartner's client experience as part our Global Sales and Services Technology team. We are looking for an impact-driven, self-motivated problem solver to lead a team of product managers and partner with engineering team, data scientists and designers to build and improve on CES and BTI technology supporting analyst interactions.
What you will do:
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers owning an area of CES and BTI interactions technology
- Serve as overall product owner and drive partnership with data scientists, engineers and designers
- Understand customer needs and pain-points through qualitative research, quantitative analysis and synthesize into product opportunities
- Build roadmap and prioritize product opportunities based on impact and alignment with business goals
- Design, build, launch and assess MVPs in accordance with lean product principles
- Drive alignment and working collaboratively with a variety of business and technical stakeholders
What you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA (or equivalent) will be a plus
- 8+ years of overall experience and 4+ years of experience in digital product management including people management
- Strong working knowledge and understanding of the application of data science (including traditional machine learning and LLM); experience leading scrum teams with Data Scientists will be a plus
- Strategy or Management Consulting experience valued
- Strong quantitative data analytics capabilities and experience including ability to turn quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations
- Strong working knowledge of lean product principles and software development lifecycle
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
- Strong executive communication skills, with a proven ability to shape product vision and drive alignment on the roadmap with senior stakeholders.
