Role Summary
As a Digital Product Analyst, you'll help enhance the digital platforms our customers and employees rely on every day. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions, analyze product performance, and support successful delivery of new features. This role offers opportunities to grow your product, Agile, and stakeholder management expertise while helping shape exceptional digital experiences.
Key Accountabilities- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
- Analyze product data and platform performance to identify trends, measure success, and support business decisions.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure work is ready for Agile development teams.
- Partner with business and technology teams to align priorities, resolve roadblocks, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Validate completed work through acceptance testing and coordinate the tracking and prioritization of defects.
- Research market trends, competitive offerings, and user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials while supporting successful feature adoption and end-user needs.
Education & ExperienceRequired- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of business experience.
- 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience gathering business requirements, writing user stories, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience analyzing data and creating reports or dashboards.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive.
Preferred- Experience working within the SAFe Agile Framework.
- SAFe Agile certification.
- Experience supporting digital products, platforms, or customer-facing technology solutions.
- Experience with product backlog management, acceptance testing, and issue tracking.

For certain positions, total compensation may also include incentive, commission, or bonus opportunities not reflected in the posted base pay range.
$69,090.00 - $118,440.00 per year
